How many times does the sum of each digit in the digital clock such as the one below become more than 20 in a morning?

Chul-soo wants to have his birthday party. He wants to make ten of his friends, A, B, C … J, come to his party, but wants to send the minimum number of invitations. Some of his friends have certain tendencies as listed below. How many invitations should he send?

-Where B and F go, H and I go, too.

-Wherever two people among C, D, G, and I go together, the other two should also go, too.

In village A, men are called ‘ChiChi,’ while women are called ‘KuKu.’ However, in village B, women are called ‘ChiChi,’ and men are called ‘KuKu.’ A curious visitor asked if a person was a ChiChi or a KuKu to all the inhabitants of the two villages, and the people who answered, "I am a ChiChi," were one fifth of the whole. If women are one tenth of the population in each of these two villages, how many times is the population of A that of B?
