Korean-Americans Assert U.S. Beef Safety

With mounting concerns over the safety of the U.S. beef in Korea, Korean-American associations in the United States called for reasonable responses, saying the fears over the U.S. beef are groundless. The Korean-American Public Affairs Committee held a press conference on Monday afternoon at a restaurant run by a Korean-American in New York and served a meal made with U.S. beef to dispel safety concerns.
