Ice-covered stairs

A resident of Seoul’s Jeongneung-dong neighborhood cautiously goes down a flight of ice-covered stairs on Thursday morning due to heavy snow the previous day. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecast heavy snowfall of 1 to 7 centimeters across the nation Friday.
