Rhyu Si-min

At an assembly plenary session in April 2003, Rhyu Si-Min, who was elected as a lawmaker of Korean People’s Party for Reform in the Deokyang-gab, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do elections, was climbing up the platform to swear wearing casual clothes.
