North Korean Delegation Offers Silent Prayer at National Cemetery

Kim Ki Nam (second from the right), the North Korean head delegate, and Lim Dong Ok (third from the right), a high-ranking party official, arrived in Seoul on August 14 to participate in the August 15 National Commemoration for Independence, Peace and Unification. In the afternoon, they joined others in paying respect to South Korean war victims in front of the Memorial Monument in the National Cemetery in Seoul.
