Revitalization of Mixed Buildings

As the number of mixed buildings (used for both residential and commercial purposes) is on the rise in the much sought-after district in Seoul, there are signs of recovery in the applications to purchase these apartments. As many as 3,000 people submitted first-order applications for “Xi Yeouido” on April 11, an apartment complex that GS Construction will build in Yeouido-dong, Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul. A total of 150 out of 580 47-to-79-pyong households will be openly sold to the public. Those who are entitled to purchase the apartments by a drawing on April 14 can sign contracts from April 19 to 21.
