North Korean Delegates for Electric Power Symposium

North Korean delegates, including Choi Young-kun, vice minister of Construction and Construction Material, entered Korea through Incheon International Airport on the afternoon of May 17. They came to participate in the International Symposium on North East Asia Energy Cooperation, which is being held in Seoul and Changwon from May 17 ~May 22.
