Rain Cloud Hanging Over the Seoul Sky

In the morning, on August 5, the black rain cloud obscured the sky of Seoul. Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said that there was a localized torrential downpour in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas owing to the effects of Cumulonimbus on August 5.
