Kim Byung-hyun (22, Arizona Diamondbacks) earned his second victory in an away-game with Montreal Expos, on May 4th. Kim took a mound at the bottom of 8th inning with the score 1-all, and pitched a hitless inning with 1 strikeout and 1 base on balls.

Pinch-hitter Danny Bautista singled home the go-ahead run in the tope of the ninth inning, and Bret Prinz saved so that Kim became a lucky winner. This win raised Kim`s season record to 2 wins and 1 loss, lowering his ERA from 5.65 to 5.28.

Kim, following starter Randy Johnson, allowed Raines to walk after striking out the first hitter Cabrera, but drew a double out from Stevens.
