Tight vigil despite cold

Despite freezing weather, soldiers of the 17th Infantry Division of the South Korean Army conduct surveillance, taking a northward firing position, at a coastal guard post near Yeongjong Island off Incheon early Monday morning. The site is some 70 kilometers southeast of Yeonpyeong Island, which suffered a shelling attack on Nov. 23 by North Korea.
