U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama Monday gives an encouraging thumbs up to the audience after being introduced by Panama Beach Mayor Gale Oberst (right) while visiting the Florida city. She spoke to residents and entrepreneurs who suffered damage from the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
