Rafael Nadal, the world`s second-ranked male tennis player, dashes toward the net Wednesday in the first round of the Qatar Open in Doha. The Spaniard defeated Simone Bolelli of Italy, 6-3, 6-3, to advance to the round of 16 along with world No. 1 Roger Federer of Switzerland.
