Little Changed in Private Education

A row of private academic institute buses line the street in Seoul`s Junggye district Tuesday around 10 p.m. The government banned such schools from holding classes after 10 p.m. last month, but the ban has done little to reduce private tutoring. Critics of the ban say more expensive private lessons are rampant at homes and only smaller institutes have undergone investigation.
