Long Line for Free Meals

More poor people are skipping meals in the wake of the economic downturn, so Dong-Eui Institute of Technology offers free meals yesterday to low-income elderly in the run-up to Lunar New Year in Busan. The elderly ate warm bowls of rice and soup while waiting in line amid cold weather.
