When the Olympic torch arrived in Beijing Monday, Tibetan exiles waving the Olympic flag in Siliguri, India, protested the Chinese crackdown on unrest in Tibet. Beijing is stepping up its counterattack, saying the Dalai Lama is secretly manipulating the Tibetan protesters to demonstrate.
