Kimchi for the Needy

The Yogsan-gu Office of Seoul held the “Making Kimchi for Love” event, which will make enough kimchi to be distributed to over 4,800 households of elderly living alone and children living without their parents, on November 14, at Sudo Girls’ High School. About 6,000 people participated in the event, including local residents, Eighth U.S. Army service members and their families, and kindergarteners. The event will be held until November 16, and about 40,000 cabbage heads will be used.
