Residents of New Orleans, U.S. are crowding to escape from Hurricane Katrina, packing the highway on August 28. Katrina, a category 5 hurricane, which is the strongest level, moved towards the Gulf of Mexico and was downgraded to category 4 at 3:00 p.m. (local time) on August 29. However, oil facilities which account for 40 percent of domestic oil production in the country is in the way of the hurricane, which is forcing people to remain alert.
