Cheering with Air Force Academy Graduates

President Roh Moo-hyun and First Lady Kwon Yang-sook cheered alongside the new graduates at the 53rd Air Force Academy Graduation and Commissioning Ceremony, held on March 8 at the Korea Air Force Academy in Cheongwon, Chungcheongbuk-do. At the ceremony, President Roh spoke on such sensitive current issues as the USFK’s strategic flexibility and the U.S.’s transfer of wartime operational command to Korea.
