Crowd Gather at the “Clothes for the Needy” Event

On the afternoon of December 16, homeless people gathered at the “Clothes for Needy” event held at the Seobu Station overbridge in Seoul where they are waiting in long lines to receive winter jackets and pants. Seoul city only anticipated 800 people at this event, sponsored by Community Chest of Korea, but there are more homeless than expected, causing some commotion.
