On April 14, just a day before the general election, the GNP’s chief, Park Kuen-hye (left), suggested the “theory of restraining a large leading party,” the MDP’s election chief, Chu Mi-ae (middle), asserted a “theory of judging national administration,” and the Open Uri Party’s parliamentary chief, Kim Kuen-tae, stated a “theory of judging impeachment,” in order to win over the flexible minds of the electorate in the Seoul Metropolitan district.
