With Underwear for Warmth, Let`s Conserve Energy

Members of the citizens` coalition for energy conservation were waging a campaign in a Myeongdong street in downtown Seoul on Nov. 28 in which they wore only undershirt and underpants urging people to wear underwear in order to reduce energy consumption.
