SamSung Group have held a executive managerial meeting at “Hall of Creativity”at SamSung Group’s Young In training institute. Including CEO of the group Lee GH, there were 50 CEO’s from affiliated SamSung Companies. This meeting was particularly geared for Mid-Long term recruiting related plans to accept more qualified individuals to the Group to take the corporation further.

At the meeting SamSung have discussed some interesting issues △Recruiting talented individuals with a world-class professional experiences from abroad. △Strengthening domestic corporate personnel△ Recruiting not only talented one but also out-going individuals

At the moment there are 11,000 “SamSung Man and Woman”who have acquired either MA degree or PhD’s. however SamSung is planning to recruit 1000 people especially who have high level of education upon this corporate decision it is not only available for Korean’s but also for able man and woman around the world. This recruiting plan is applies to those who have considerable academic background or professional experience at each designated field such as Reserch & Development, Marketing, Finance, Design and Information Technology.

SamSung is also planning to develop and establish more corporate branches abroad particularly in the USA, EU, Japan and China, for those who do not wishes to leave their native soil. SamSung is also planning to expend its corporate scholar’s to support study abroad scheme to countries such as China, India and Russia, which have strong manpowers in the field of Basic Science. Moreover the company is expending numbers of MBA holders Regional research professionals from 350 to 1000.

Group’s CEO Lee GH articulated that, “One extremely talented individual can offer so much goods and services to from at least 1000 to 10,000 people of the globe in the 21st Century, We now have to develop more corporate intellectual properties by hiring highly able individuals, in order to do so executive members of the group have to participate deeply to achieve our corporate goal.
