The most parents, who have been sitting in the hall of Kyonggi Office of Education for 4 days, protesting against the re-assignment of high schools in the equalized high school education region, returned their home accepting the KOE`s offer to allow transfer.

8 representative of the parents reached an agreement with KOE and singed for 6 agreements including that the transfer will be allowed to the students who were assigned to the schools in different areas at the second assignment, that the student number of the schools to which reassigned students will transfer will be limited to 35 but can be adjusted by the Superintendent of Education according to the local situation, and that the re-assignment will be carried out by open random method during March.

By the supplementary agreement, the students in Suwon, area not only who were assigned to other areas but also who were assigned in the same area, may be allowed to transfer considering the distances from schools.

Consequently, about 900 parents from Suwon and Anyang out of 1000 protesters returned their home.

However, the remnants from Bundang and Uiwang areas still remain in the hall, requesting for the exclusion of `unwelcome schools` in the region from the re-assigning schools.
