U.S. Flags in Memory of Victims of Terrorist Attacks

A woman in Washington D.C. is putting the hand-made U.S. flags, sent by the elementary and middle school students from all over the nation in memory of victims of the terrorist attacks one month after the tragic incident, in the lawn in front of the U.S. Capitol on Thursday.
