President Park’s surprise pitch

President Park Geun-hye (left) in sneakers throws out the first pitch at Jamsil Baseball Stadium before the Game 3 of the Korean Series between the Doosan Bears and the Samsung Lions. Former President Chun Doo-hwan (right above) tossed out the first ball at the opening of the Korean Series at Dongdaemun Baseball Stadium on March 27, 1982, and former President Roh Moo-hyun threw out a ball at the opening of the All Star Game at Daejeon Stadium on July 17, 2003. The two former presidents were wearing dress shoes upon their first pitch.
