The Air Force will continue to tightly guard the territorial skies of Korea in the New Year. The airborne reconnaissance airplane Peace Eye, on which Air Force General Chief of Staff Seong Il-hwan is aboard, and a fleet of F-15K fighter jets are on a patrol flight in skies over the East Sea on Monday, New Year`s Eve. 2013 is the Year of the Black Snake under the Chinese zodiac.
