Han River swim meet

Competitors in the Han River Swimming Tournament swim a 1.6-kilometer section in the river Sunday. Some 1,200 people took part in the meet organized by an amateur swimming association. Divided into 10 groups, they swam in the river from 9:30 a.m. It took 30 to 40 minutes for each group to swim across the river. The tournament was originally scheduled for May 27 but got postponed due to lower-than-expected water temperature.
