Main opposition Democratic Party Chairman Sohn Hak-kyu (left) gets his tie fixed by Rep. Kim Dong-cheol Wednesday, just ahead of a news conference to announce Sohn`s decision to withdraw his resignation. Sohn offered to step down after his party failed to secure the unified Seoul mayoral candidate for the opposition camp.
