Lost in thought

U.S. special representative for North Korea policy Stephen Bosworth visits the Foreign Affairs and Trade Ministry in Seoul Wednesday for talks with South Korea’s top nuclear negotiator Wi Sung-lac. In the run-up to the Jan. 19 summit between the U.S. and China, Bosworth arrived in Seoul on the first leg of his Northeast Asia visit to South Korea, China and Japan to coordinate North Korea policy. Bosworth left for Beijing in the afternoon.
