Main opposition Democratic Party lawmaker Park Young-sun Friday prevents ruling Grand National Party lawmaker Lee Kyeong-jae, chairman of a special committee for the parliamentary confirmation hearing of Prime Minister-designate Kim Tae-ho, from passing a motion to formally appoint Kim as prime minister by grabbing the gavel at the National Assembly.
