`No Joint Drills`

North Korea and the United Nations Command hold their 16th general-level military talks at the truce village of Panmunjom yesterday. North Korean Major General Kwak Chol Hui, senior liaison officer for the North, demanded that South Korea and the United States cancel their annual Key Resolve/Foal Eagle joint military exercises scheduled to begin Monday.
