Heavy Rain Kills 63 in China

Residents in China Tuesday pass a road that looks like a river on a boat in Guangdong Province, which has seen heavy rain since early this month. The Chinese government said the heavy rain killed 63 people and left 13 missing. This year, heavy rain and floods have killed 171 people and displaced 1.7 million others.
