Spring Has Come

Elementary school students walk across over the stepping stones on March 21 on Cheonggye Stream in downtown Seoul as part of their field study. The stream provides a good place for short rest to citizens living in the city of concrete buildings. March 22 is the World Water Day designated by the United Nations.
