Prison Break in Bolivia

Bolivian prisoners are scaling the walls and breaking out of Sucre`s San Roque prison in front of the police. Protest is continuing in Sucre after the National Constitution Assembly began sessions regarding the empowerment of natives and reinforcing government control over the national economy.
