Heading for Gaesong

South Korean trucks loaded with aid for North Korea are passing through the Mt. Dora immigration office, heading for the North Korean Gaesong Industrial Complex. More and more critical voices are being heard over the Roh administration’s lax control over the South Korean resident companies in the complex. Recently, a South Korean manufacturer in the complex was caught smuggling banned strategic goods into North Korea.
