Memorial Event Finds an Attendant in Pain

On October 7, while attending a memorial event at the National Fire Academy’s campus for the “National Fire Prevention Week,” U.S. President George W. Bush found himself coming to the aid of a heat-stricken participant. The day’s event commemorated the firefighters who had lost their lives in recent catastrophes such as the 9.11 attack and Hurricane Katrina.
