Seoul Ranked World’s Third Most Expensive City for Expatriates

Seoul is the world’s third most expensive city in terms of living expenses of expatriates.

According to a study by Mercer Human Resource Consulting of the consumption and expenditures of expatriates living in 143 cities around the world, the living expenses in Seoul are the third highest behind Moscow and London. Seoul ranked fifth in 2005 and second in 2006.
