2,000 teenagers clapped and screamed when six classical music performers dressed up as clowns invited students to come up to the stage and play instruments.

A teen culture and art education program hosted by Dong-A Ilbo and sponsored by Hanjin Heavy Industries was held on Friday at the Sori Arts Center in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province.

This was the second stop for the performers in their tour. Their first performance was held on February 14 at Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province.

The Funny Band combined brass and other performances and explained classical music to students in a way that they could easily understand it.

TOP, composed of 7 top musical actors, showed highlights from famous musicals such as Mama Mia, Phantom of the Opera, and Wizard of Oz.

When Macrew, a hip-hop group composed of high school students, performed a fantastic break dance, teenagers screamed with awe and joy.

At the performance, a total of 2,000 students, 1,500 elementary and high school students from 7 schools in Jeonju and 500 students from 15 teen welfare institutions, came to see the performance.
