UN Secretary General ‘Baton Pass’

South Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs Ban Ki-moon (left), during his visit to New York, went to the UN Secretary General’s office to shake hands with current Secretary General Kofi Annan on October 12 (Korean time). Ban will be pronounced the new Secretary General at the UN General Assembly on October 14.
