Cell Phone Crackdown

A woman, who used her cell phone while driving, is begging the police man to “let her off once” after she got caught by the police control in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on Monday. If caught using the cell phone, people will be subject to 15 black marks and 60,000 won in fine. The intensive controls on cell phone use will continue until January 20.
