Rice Farming Blues

Rice farmers are down over the low price of rice as the public reserve system has been introduced instead of the state purchase system of harvest grains. A farmer leans on a sack of rice on October 24 after turning his rice in for use as public reserve rice at a processing complex in Wonsam-myeon, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do.
