President Roh Meets Panamanian President Martin Torrijos

South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun held summit meetings with the leaders of four Central American nations, including Panama’s President Martin Torrijos (left) in San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica in the afternoon of September 11 (local time). President Torrijos asked for South Korean corporate participation in the nation’s canal expansion project.
