Despite Their Handshakes

On September 7, prior to their meeting at Cheong Wa Dae, President Roh Moo-hyun and Grand National Party (GNP) leader Park Geun-hye are shaking hands with each other. At the meeting, President Roh proposed the formation of a bipartisan cabinet for the public welfare and the economy to the GNP, but Park rejected it.
