Hyundai Heavy Industries’ Second Vendor with Average Age of 64

The photo shows employees of Innovation Co., Ltd., which was established in 2001 by retired production employees of Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI).

As a second vendor of HHI, Innovation Co. is an “old age” company whose employees are in their mid-sixties on the average. However, the enthusiasm and capability of the employees is superior to any other employees.

President Kim Chang-won (left in the rear row) said, “It’s my pleasure and worth to work as long as I can.”
