Ukraine Congress Resolution on “Nullification of Presidential Election”

The Ukrainian congress has participated in the refutation of its presidential election results. The congress held an extraordinary urgent meeting on November 27 and resolved that the results of the presidential election of November 21 were invalid. The resolution bill has no legal influence. However Ukraine`s opposition leader and presidential candidate Viktor Yushchenko put intense pressure on the ruling party’s presidential candidate, Viktor Yanukovych, while asserting “Let’s have a reelection!”
