“Conference on National Administration”

President Roh Moo-hyun presides over a conference on national administration under the subject of “A plan for enhancing the capacity of public servants through the educational training” at Cheong Wa Dae on October 22. President Roh said, “Both ministers and vice ministers should be innovative professionals through this education.”
