Former lawmaker, Kang Sam-jae (left), who was given a verdict of “not guilty” in a trial on an appeal case of the NIS fund misappropriation in 2001, and the former operational deputy-chief, Kim Ki-seop, of the NIS are exiting the court with crossed countenance.
