Dick Cheney Gives Address to U.S. GIs

Dick Cheney, who is officially visiting Korea, gives an address to U.S. soldiers stationed in Seoul on April 15. Cheney gave his gratitude regarding the Korean government’s decision for additional dispatch of troops to Iraq.
