Health: Drink Two Liters of Hexagonal Water A Day

-What is Good Water

Medical professionals agree that water without impurities is the best water. Distilled water is typical of it. However, some disagree, citing that distilling kills all good microorganisms.

The bottled water which sells as spring water is sterilized. Water purifiers filter all sorts of germs and heavy metal.

What about tap water? Once boiled, impurities are eliminated, but minerals remain. Boiling cannot get rid of heavy metal. Consumers have little option but to leave the quality management of tap water with the government.

The quality of natural spring and fountain water has been the subject of intense debate. It is rich in minerals but also contain toxins and microorganisms.

-The Mineral Question

Exported mineral water has more minerals than the local counterpart. The exporters emphasize the importance of abundant minerals in water.

However, experts are skeptical about the effects of minerals on health. The most important role of water is hydration. Other foodstuffs contain a sufficient level of minerals.

Let us take calcium for example. Mineral water contains 60 to 80 milligrams of calcium per liter, while milk has 1,000 milligrams. The suggested amount of calcium intake by an adult is 700 milligrams. To take this amount of calcium, one should drink 0.7 liter of milk or nine liters of mineral water.

When one has already taken a sufficient amount of minerals, drinking mineral water will cause side effects. The excessive intake level of calcium, iron or sodium will cause sclerosis or arthritis. Drinking tap water instead of expensive water can be the secret of health.

-How To Drink Tasty Water

Water is most drinkable when its temperature is four degrees Celsius. At this temperature, the molecular structure of water becomes hexagonal and become more digestible. Water’s molecular structure, which usually is pentagonal, turns hexagonal when temperature drops. Hexagonal water can easily pass cell walls and go down to organs. Put purified water in the refrigerator before you drink. Keep boiled tap water in the refrigerator for two or three hours before drinking it.

Boling water with a tea bag will not only make water more drinkable but also more nutritious. According to ancient oriental medicine, porcelain containers help maintain the quality and taste of water.

Tepid water is appropriate for baby formula because infants’ bowels have yet to develop completely and cannot handle intakes of extreme temperature. Boiled water with a teabag is not good for them, either, because they cannot digest the nutrition it contains.
