Rumsfeld Arrived in Japan

The U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld arrived at Haneda International Airport in Tokyo, Japan. This is his first travel to Asia since entering the office in January, 2001. Mr. Rumsfeld plans to make a visit to Korea to discuss such matters as sending the Korean army to Iraq, relocation of the U.S. forces in Korea, and the North Korean nuclear problem.
